The club is small on purpose. Membership buys booking priority, member class prices and a printed programme, not personal care or private transport.

What The £24 Actually Buys
Members can book when places open, usually 6 weeks before travel.
Weekly classes are £7.50 for members rather than £9.50 for trial members.
A paper programme for fridges, noticeboards and handbags.
The office keeps a list when a trip fills before the cut-off.
Members vote on future outings before the next sheet is printed.
Rules
Age, Deposits, Refunds And Conduct
- Age thresholdActivities are for adults aged 51 and over. Under-50s attend only as a named carer or companion.
- CarersCarers are welcome when named at booking. The club does not provide one-to-one supervision.
- DepositsA £10 non-refundable deposit secures a day trip place. Balances are due 10 days before travel.
- RefundsIf a trip cannot run because numbers are too low, members are told at least 5 days before travel and refunded in full.
- AccessibilityDoor-to-door pickup is not offered, but the office will note mobility requirements when booking.
- ConductMembers are expected to return to the vehicle at the printed time and follow venue rules.
What We Turn Down
Clear Boundaries Keep The Programme Runnable
- No personal care, lifting assistance, medication management or one-to-one supervision.
- No private taxi work, airport runs or unscheduled transport.
- No high-risk adventure activities, open-water swimming trips or events without suitable toilets and seating.
- No medical, financial or legal advice classes.
- No bookings taken through a contact form.
