Technical Note
Deposits, Cancellations And Low Numbers
A £10 non-refundable deposit secures a day trip place. The balance is due 10 days before travel. Most trips run with a minimum of 12 paid places. If numbers are lower, members are told at least 5 days before the trip and refunded in full.
